An OEM-feel clutch able to hold up to 1000Nm of torque! If one of our single-plate clutches isn't strong enough for your build, then this could be the answer. A custom-made flywheel and spacer plate CNC-machined in-house at FTWL's factory, paired with two custom friction plates using LUK's OEM-quality 8090 kevlar friction pads and a Sachs OEM pressure plate provide a strong and reliable base to any build using an M50, M52, M52TU, M54 or S50 engine.

Please note that this kit does not come with a clutch alignment tool.

These fit:

  • The Getrag 5-speed from E36, E39, E46

  • The ZF 5-speed from E36, E39, E46

  • The ZF 6-speed from E36 M3

  • The Getrag 6-speed 420G from E46 M3

  • We DO NOT sell an option for the ZF GS6-37BZ (later E46 6-speed manual gearbox) as the input shaft is too short to house the clutch pack.

Included in the kit:

  • CNC-machined flywheel, plus patented sprung centre plate

  • High-quality Sachs pressure plate (our own specification - not available from any other supplier of this setup)

  • 2x friction plates with billet machined centre hubs

  • Release bearing (Throw-out bearing)

  • Flywheel bolts

  • Centre plate and pressure plate bolts

You may also want to add:

  • Clutch pivot pin (Stainless steel)


  • Highly durable flywheel and intermediate plate - now also includes an updated, patent-pending anti-stick system for low-maintenance and cooler operating temperatures.

  • Friction discs incorporating LUK's 8090 kevlar friction pads with billet splines to mate to the gearbox input shaft

  • OEM-quality Sachs clutch pressure plate

  • Clutch release bearing and all bolts needed are included with the kit

  • Before refitting your gearbox shorten the release bearing guide tube by 4mm to increase clearance.

  • Make sure to thoroughly clean and lightly lubricate the splines of the gearbox input shaft before fitting the gearbox to the engine.

  • Please note that during clutch wearing-in phase, the discs will squeak on clutch uptake. This is normal and lasts until the clutch is fully bedded in.

  • Torque settings:

    • Flywheel 105Nm, with loctite

    • Centre plate 30Nm, with loctite

    • Pressure plate 25Nm
