An OEM-feel clutch able to hold 1000Nm of torque! If FTWL's single-plate clutch isn't strong enough for your build, then this could be the answer. A custom-made flywheel and spacer plate CNC-machined in-house at FTWL's workshop paired with two custom friction plates using LUK's OEM-quality 8090 kevlar friction pads and a Sachs OEM pressure plate provide a strong and reliable base to any build using an M50, M52, M52TU, M54 or S50 engine.

Please note that this is to fit all 5-speed ZF gearboxes as found with E36/E46 petrol models. It will also fit early E36/E46 Getrag gearboxes with 29x10 input shaft splines.

• Highly durable flywheel and intermediate plate - now also includes an updated anti-stick system for low-maintenance and cooler operating temperatures.

• Friction discs incorporating LUK's 8090 kevlar friction pads with billet splines to mate to the gearbox input shaft

• Sachs OEM-quality clutch pressure plate

• Clutch release bearing and all bolts needed are included with the kit

• Before refitting your gearbox shorten the release bearing guide tube by 4mm to increase clearance.

• Please note that during clutch wearing-in phase, the discs will squeak on clutch uptake. This is normal and lasts until the clutch is fully bedded in.
