To avoid standard head bolts stretching and snapping under high boost conditions, we have designed and manufactured M12 studs and nuts. These are 2mm thicker than their OEM counterparts and can hold an exceptionally high level of boost. We recommend that you fit these to any turbo or supercharger build even if you're only looking for a 'low' level of boost, as this not only makes your engine more reliable, but also future-proofs the build.

Unlike other cheaper versions on the market, these studs are purposefully designed for this application and machined from high-tensile materials, not just bought from another off-the-shelf non-automotive application.

• Made from hardened steel, custom-machined in small batches for this application

• Comes with studs and compact 16mm-headed nuts

• The head, head bolts washers and head gasket(s) should be drilled to 12.5mm diameter. You can also add pre-machined washers to save time.

• The block will need to be drilled and tapped to an M12x1.5mm thread. Let a machine shop do this if you are not confident enough.
