Here is our base turbo kit - with some additional options. Able to reliably produce over 450hp with no other supporting modifications, this kit is ridiculously good value for money. The real deal. Customers that buy this product are able to park their car up, fit the kit and go straight to the dyno for a tune. The kit itself comes with everything you need bar a few nuts, bolts, a few lengths of vacuum pipe and an AFR gauge.

This kit is filled with well-known OEM-quality brands, such as Bosch, NGK, LUK, Sachs and FMIC.eu. To keep it simple and easy to follow, we've split the contents of the kit into different sections. If you want any parts of the kit separately - message us. We can supply each part individually.
Exhaust:
Hopwood Motorsport top mount manifold - T3 flange, 50mm external wastegate flange.
OEM-style exhaust manifold gaskets with sealing fire rings.
6 x 3" (76 mm) 304 stainless steel elbows for the exhaust system.
3 x 1m lengths of 3" (76 mm) 304 stainless steel pipe for the exhaust system.
2 x 3” (76 mm) fully stainless steel Hopwood Motorsport V-BAND clamps for the exhaust system (with heatproof nuts).
5m length of titanium thermal tape for covering the exhaust downpipe.
Stainless steel M18x1.5 boss/nut for your upstream lambda sensor.
50mm Hopwood Motorsport wastegate valve.
High quality UK-manufactured stainless steel (3" - 76 mm) centre and rear muffler.
3" stainless steel exhaust flexi-pipe.
Intake:
600x300x76mm (approx. 23.5x12x3in) intercooler - Tested in-house for leaks up to 30psi.
25mm Sequential Blow-off valve.
6 x 2.5" (63 mm) 304-grade stainless steel elbows for the intake system. If you’d like the equivalent in aluminium leave a note at checkout.
2 x 1m lengths of 2.5" (63 mm) 304-grade stainless steel pipe for the intake system. If you’d like the equivalent in aluminium leave a note at checkout.
High quality silicone hoses for the intake system – black, blue, red, green, pink, yellow, purple or orange. If you don't leave a note at checkout we will send blue.
High-quality stainless steel hose clamps.
HKS-style mushroom intake air filter.
Engine Management:
One of the following options, please specify at checkout:
Ecumaster DET3+ piggyback with built in 2.5 kPa MAP sensor.
If you’re running a Siemens MS43 ECU (Standard for most M54 engines), we can also supply a MAP sensor conversion kit in place of the DET3+. This option also comes with more support than the DET3+.
If you’re running a Siemens MS42.x ECU (Standard for M52TU engines), we can also supply an RS4 MAF sensor conversion kit in place of the DET3+. This option comes with more support than the DET3+.
Fuelling:
6 x GENUINE Siemens Deka 630cc fuel injectors. These come with OEM fitment to the original fuel rail and with adaptors for the loom. They will supply enough fuel to run ~500hp@3.5b.
GENUINE TI Automotive (Walbro) 255lph fuel pump - easy in-tank fitment for the E36, E39 and E46. We can also supply AEM or different sized Walbro units at additional cost - contact us for more information.
Turbo:
Hopwood Motorsport-choice journal bearing GT3582 turbocharger (A/R 0.62 for 2.5L engine or A/R 0.82 for 2.8/3.0L engine) with drain fitting, oil feed adaptor and exhaust flange,
Braided stainless steel engine oil feed hose using high-temperature resistant and stainless fittings.
Turbo oil return hose.
Steel oil drain fitting to fit onto the front cover.
Hopwood Motorsport T3 turbo blanket.
Engine:
Hopwood Motorsport M12x1.5mm head studs. These studs are a must-have for any opened M5x aluminium-blocked engine. We can also supply M10 studs at additional cost, however, we cannot guarantee the threads will hold under higher cylinder temperatures and boost pressures.
Genuine NGK spark plugs with pre-adjusted gap.
Hopwood Motorsport MLS head gasket and stainless steel decompression plate (approx. 8.8:1 compression ratio).
Clutch:
540Nm clutch kit and single-piece billet chromoly flywheel. This kit has an OEM pedal feel. Comes with all needed bolts and a release bearing.
