Tested in over 100 turbo builds by ourselves, this intercooler is checked in-house at 30psi to check for leaks, well past the quality checks of any market competitor. Made from a high-quality aluminium alloy and a tube and fin core (with all-important internal turbulators - something not often seen in this price range) it is durable, lightweight and highly efficient - giving long-lasting and reliable power. This intercooler is used as standard in our Hopwood Motorsport M5x turbo kits.

The intercooler bracket available for E46 picks up on the captive studs in your standard front crash bar. Made from aluminium box, it dissipates heat effectively and is also extremely lightweight.
