Direct from P Motorsport in the Netherlands, we have for sale the highest quality dual-VANOS rebuild kits available worldwide. This is the only kit you’ll find with chamfered edges to the outer seals - allowing for higher sealing potential and longevity. The seals come with a single-owner lifetime warranty and, as always, FULL after-sales support from ourselves here at Hopwood Motorsport.
Our fully rebuilt units are available on a core-exchange basis. If you choose this option we’ll send you the new built unit and refund you £85 when your old part arrives back with us (directly to the original payment method). If your part does not arrive back with us, no money will be returned. Please leave your name and order number in the box so we can process your return quickly!
Included in the kit:
High-temperature rounded inner tension rings
Extremely high-temperature low-friction outer seals cut to exact sizing
Rattle-ring spacers
High-temperature vanos LHT bolt cover seals
Included in the core-exchange unit:
A used dual-VANOS unit without VANOS solenoids (you’ll need a 32mm spanner to swap these from your old unit), cleaned, inspected and rebuilt using P Motorsport VANOS seals and rattle ring spacers (as listed above). Our 1-year warranty covers this part when fitted professionally.
