Here is our base turbo kit - there is no management system. Able to reliably produce up to 500hp, this kit is ridiculously good value for money. The real deal. The kit itself comes with everything you need except an ECU, some vacuum hose and a few nuts and bolts.

This kit is filled with well-known OEM-quality brands, such as Bosch, NGK, LUK and Sachs. To keep it simple and easy to follow, we've split the contents of the kit into different sections. If you want any parts of the kit separately - message us. We can supply each part individually.

Exhaust:

  • Hopwood Motorsport top mount manifold - T3 flange, 50mm external wastegate flange.

  • OE-quality exhaust manifold gaskets.

  • 6 x 3" (76 mm) 304-grade stainless steel elbows for the self-build exhaust system.

  • 3 x 1m lengths of 3" (76 mm) 304-grade stainless steel pipe for the self-build exhaust system.

  • 2 x 3” (76 mm) Hopwood Motorsport stainless steel V-BAND clamps.

  • 5m length of titanium thermal tape for the exhaust downpipe.

  • Stainless steel M18x1.5 boss/nut for a wideband oxygen sensor.

  • 50mm “Turbosmart Gen IV” rebuilt wastegate valve (set of springs for 13psi max).

  • Custom made stainless steel (3" - 76 mm) centre and rear mufflers.

  • 3" stainless steel ILOK exhaust flexible pipe.

Intake:

  • 600x300x76mm (approx. 23.5x12x3in) FMIC.eu intercooler - Tested for leaks to 145psi as standard.

  • FTWL choice Sequential Blow-off valve.

  • 6 x 2.5" (63 mm) 308-grade stainless steel elbows for the intake system.

  • 2 x 1m lengths of 2.5" (63 mm) 308-grade stainless steel pipe for the intake system.

  • High quality silicone hoses for the intake system – black, blue, red, green or orange. If you don't leave a note or message, we will send blue silicone hoses.

  • High-quality stainless steel hose clamps.

  • Mushroom-style intake air filter.

Fueling:

  • Genuine 6 x Bosch 630 cc fuel injectors. The EV1 plug on this part is an OEM fitment to the original injector plugs.

  • Genuine Walbro 255lph in-tank fuel pump - OEM in-tank fitment for the E36 and E46.

Turbo:

  • GT3582 turbocharger (A/R 0.62 for 2.5L engine or A/R 0.82 for 2.8L engine). 4-bolt Garrett classic outlet, with corresponding flange for the exhaust

  • Braided stainless steel engine oil feed hose.

  • Turbo oil return hose.

  • Steel oil drain fitting to fit onto the front cover.

  • Hopwood Motorsport turbo blanket.

Engine:

  • Genuine BMW M10 head bolts - good for over 600hp. If you’d prefer M10 ARP head studs, or M12 FTWL head studs, please contact us before purchasing the kit.

  • Genuine NGK spark plugs with pre-adjusted gap.

  • Head gasket and stainless steel decompression plate set. This reduces the compression ratio to approximately 8.5:1).

Clutch:

  • 540Nm single-plate clutch kit and single mass flywheel. This has an OEM pedal feel. Comes with all needed bolts and release bearing.

Gauges:

  • Mechanical boost gauge

  • Optional extra: Wideband gauge (AEM 30-0300)
