BMW B58TU High-Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP)
Increase the flow of fuel on your B58 Gen 1 with a genuine Bosch fuel pump, as used on the B58 found in Gen 2 engines and MK5 Supras.
Increase the flow of fuel on your B48/B58 Gen 1 with a genuine Bosch fuel pump, as used on BMWs with B58 Gen 2 engines and MK5 Supras. This HPFP upgrade has been specifically designed to achieve maximum performance while still retaining OEM durability and service life.
The pump has already been modified to allow you to fit the original wiring (no further modifications required). Simply remove your original fuel pump and fit this one in its place.
The engine ECU does not require re-tuning in most cases after fitting this part.

Genuine Bosch part (p.n.13518631642 / 0261520520)
Strengthened internal valves and components to enable a continuous 350bar maximum rail pressure throughout the engine speed range – an increase of 75% compared to the standard HPFP. Higher fuel rail pressure further promotes more efficient burning of fuel within the cylinder, which will, in turn, create more power.
Increased plunger diameter by 10%, resulting in 10% more fuel volume per pumping event.
Reduced clearance between the plunger and plunger bore to increase pumping efficiency and unwanted heat.
The BOSCH 0261520520 HPFP is supplied to be a direct replacement and requires no additional modifications to the engine wiring loom and hydraulic connections.
This part is required for a reliable “Stage 2” tune.
